DeepSeek roiled the AI investment thesis, i.e. more investment does not necessarily mean a higher return on investment. That has filled my headlines.
The new US administration is making headlines, particularly with regards to MAGA first: imposing tariffs, slashing overseas commitments, and making peace overtures. This has left the EU scrambling. The EU market has, I think, yet to adjust to the new reality. Or, investment allocations to the EU has been so low, the adversity had already been priced in. That is, bad news is good news as now investors can look ahead.
My pseudo-momentum indicator has extremely high values for all historic horisons considered. Caution.
